Not a good practitioner. Not the least bit interested in my situation. Was given a major diagnosis and then told see you in a year. Just like that! No follow up or advise for how to proceed. I do not recommend her.
I had a similar experience as the other reviewer here. Had a virtual appointment with Nasla after my original virtual appointment has been rescheduled twice by the provider that pushed my appointment out by 5 months. When it finally happened with Nasla it was very procedural. She didn't seem to pay attention to what I had to say. I mentioned side effects from the current medications. I spoke with Nasla Loya on a virtual appointment. She was pleasant, professional, and extremely thorough. She listened closely, asked a lot of questions, and clearly explained the plan for next steps.
Very friendly but does not do a good job listening to patients or reviewing their charts. She misread multiple of my lab test results for bowel inflammation and anemia and refused to admit she was incorrect. She assumes that she knows what's going on with patients health without doing a full evaluation of their symptoms and rushes appointments.
