I too had similar experiences as past reviewers. During a follow-up, she was very rude, unconcerned, and uncaring during the visit. Dismissive and uninterested in actually addressing any concerns or problems. Did not review history adequately before visits and never appears to know the actual reasons for your visit with her, even when conducting her own follow-up. Not a good practitioner. Not the least bit interested in my situation. Was given a major diagnosis and then told see you in a year. Just like that! No follow up or advise for how to proceed. I do not recommend her.
I had a similar experience as the other reviewer here. Had a virtual appointment with Nasla after my original virtual appointment has been rescheduled twice by the provider that pushed my appointment out by 5 months. When it finally happened with Nasla it was very procedural. She didn't seem to pay attention to what I had to say. I mentioned side effects from the current medications.
