Everybody I spoke with or dealt with at Nashville Vans (USA Vans) was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! I dealt with Cassandra towards the end of the pre-rental process and she was amazing. We ended up renting a 15 passenger Mercedes Sprinter van and with our large family it was perfect. The van was top notch and the rental instructions were precise and easy to understand. Smooth experience from start to finish. It was great working with Cassandra. She made everything easy to understand and the instructions were clear and straightforward. We truly appreciated the professionalism and will definitely be using U.S. Rental Vans again.
My family and I took a trip to Orlando. We rented a Ford Transit High Top from Nashville Vans and it made the trip a true breeze. . . plenty of room for the kids to spread out. Enough cargo space in the back for 6 people for a week including a stroller. Nashville Van uses an email and internet based rental system that is extremely easy to navigate and made the process painless. We will certainly be using them again. I would highly recomend you check them out as well.
These guys made it super easy, and did what they said they would do, and I would rent them again in a heartbeat!
