This is by FAR the most convenient, affordable van rental service in the Nashville area and we have tried them ALL! Their vans are clean and in excellent shape. The pick-up/drop-off is seamless and the fact that we’re able to leave a car in their lot while using one of their vans is sometimes a life-saving policy. 10/10 recommend. Would give 10 stars if we could. We’ll be using Nashville Van Rentals for all of our future runs!
The van was in excellent shape and pickup at airport valet was fast and easy. My only wish would be if parking in public parking could be included somehow. It was very expensive parking in downtown Nashville.
We rented a 15 passenger van to get to a youth mission trip in Kentucky. The pick up at the airport was super easy. The van was clean, new, and in great condition. The service for pick-up, delivery, and communication before and after were fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you Nashville Vans!
Easy to book, they let you park your own car (for free), easy to pick up and drop back off. My only issue was that the parking lot is VERY DARK, so when returning after hours, it's a little unnerving if you're alone. Otherwise, the people are very kind and the process was very easy!
