I had my first visit to Nashville Smiles yesterday. I felt very welcome from the time I walked in the front door til I walked out the front door. I went in for a cleaning and to check on getting established with a good Dentist. My cleaning was awesome and very thorough! I met Dr. Branch. He came in after my cleaning and looked over xrays and discussed with me about further treatment. This was the best experience at a dental office I've ever had! The lady at the front, Kirsten was so friendly! She spoke to me like she already knew me and was such a friendly person to be greeted by! The hygienist, Janelle, was amazing! She was SO knowledgable and took the extra time to educate me step-by-step. She was wonderful...and gentle! I have no complaints and actually look forward to my next visit!

Remember the days of cleaning and X-Rays every six months to a year then filling the occasional cavity? This is not the place to visit if that is what you expect from a dentist. I went to this office today for what I thought was a routine cleaning, however, it was not completed as the dental tech was pushing hard for a different procedure.....and, I would not bite. I had my first, of what I expect to be many future visits, today to Nashville Smiles. While not considering myself to have a "Dentist Office Phobia", it has ranked #1 on my not to do list most of my adult life. That has changed with my visit to Nashville Smiles - everyone treated me with a level of care as if we were long standing friends. I love Nashville Smiles! We have been to several different dentists and have been very disappointed in the past. Due to my son having complicated dental issues, it takes a very gifted dentist to meet our needs. We were so relieved to find a dental office that not only handled those challenges with ease, but exceeded our expectations! The staff immediately made us feel welcome, and have since treated our entire family. Dr. Branch is an artist. His entire staff is knowledgable and friendly. I highly recommend!

The dental experience is never fun but the staff at Nashville Smiles go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I have had my teeth cleaned a few times and love the hygentist (Vicki Poplin). I have had only one experience with the Dr. Littlejohn but he was very gentle and patient in making sure I was numb before attempting to fill my cavity. The dental assistance was also very friendly.

The staff at Nashville Smiles is awesome! Dr. Branch, Kirsten and Vicky all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and they provide exceptional dental services that can't be matched any where else! The Dillon family has found a new dental home at Nashville Smiles!
