I began treatment with Dr Brandes in 2014. Expect to wait for hours to be seen but definitely worth the wait. Dr Brandes is very caring and compassionate about her patients. She takes her time with you to review literally everything. Great at explaining things to where I can understand even with my continuous brain fog and she is committed to referring me places to address my other health complications. Very thorough as far as I'm concerned. For once I have found a Dr who LISTENS!
Dr Jan Brandes was amazing. She spent almost an hour reviewing past history before even starting any tests. I feel very confident that we will find a solution to a year long problem
You can expect to Never be seen on time and to wait for hours!! You will eventually be taken by a nurse that reeks from smoking to a room to wait. And. Wait. And wait
Can't ever get prescriptions filled on time. I've been a patient for 6 years and they still don't have even the tiniest clue as to what's going on. Anytime I call I'm put on hold for more then 5 minutes.
