These people are a public nuisance and have no way to be contacted. I am in the process of getting a lawyer ready for a law suite for that reason alone ... My daughter was bitten by a dog in one of their offices. They have no signs posted they even have an animal on the premises let alone shouldn't have an aggressive animal in a public office anyway...
