I feel NHI did a very good and comprehensive inspection on a home for me. They were able to identify issues I might have missed. It's really difficult to find problems when home shopping. Better to let pros do this for you
What a wonderful experience with these inspectors. Frank Collins, Horton, Nashville Home couldn't have been more thorough. The best part, the respect they showed me detailing the issues, understanding a home buyers limits in knowing the complex side of making our homes safe to live in. I will happily recommend them to anyone I know that needs this help.
John Banzhoff was so thorough in his inspection. He went through and showed us items that needed to be addressed in person and why we should have them addressed. 10/10 recommend. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I am updating my review from last year to say ABSOLUTELY under no circumstance should you use this company. WE continue to have issue that should have come up during the first inspection. We also used them to reinspect our hour after repairs were done. We assumed they would be looking for quality and workmanship but they do not. They even say in their disclosure AFTER you pay and get the reinspection back that "NHI is only determining if there is visual evidence that a repair was made to an item. Stephen did an excellent job of inspecting our new home. He found things that we probably would have never noticed until they caused an issue. He has truly given us peace of mind and we are very appreciative.
