I had an excellent experience working with Chad at NHI. He was professional, courteous, flexible, and exceptionally detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Terrible experience with this inspection company that Irecommended to a client. The home for sale was beautiful, the inspector went overboard with unrealistic criticisms with no soft explanations to the client. I also used Nashville Home Inspection for a commercial purchase and they missed so many items that were very costly to the client. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.
Jonathan was our inspector and he did a fabulous job! Very thorough. We had questions or some areas and he was more than helpful. He explained things to us simply so we could understand and helped alleviate our concerns. Highly recommend having Jonathan do your inspection!
