Poor communication and take forever to move on requests
The nurses were really nice, but not impressed with the doctors. On the 2nd and 3rd visit it was if they hadn’t read the notes from the previous visit. Also went to another facility that informed us that my wife needed fibroid surgery before IVF, which was never even mentioned at this office. Read reviews of local fertility clinics and see who has the best, there’s a reason.
Good luck trying to schedule a simple appointment. After 30 plus minutes of waiting on the phone I couldn't get through. Going somewhere else to do a test.
