Dr Solomon and his staff are courteous and very helpful.
Went today for my first visit with Dr Solomon. And I will never go anywhere else the staff was so friendly and helpful and Dr Solomon made sure he explained everything to me and was super friendly great bunch of people if I could give them 10 stars I would
I’m leaving this review because while Dr. Solomon is a great doctor, my experience with the front office staff was extremely disappointing. This was my second scheduled appointment after the first one was cancelled and rescheduled by their office. I took time off work and arrived early, only to be told they had no record of my appointment and couldn’t even find me in the system. This office is awesome! I have had the same prescription for about 10 years. I went to another eye doctor about 4 years ago, got a new prescription and could not get past the nausea after trying every day for about 2 weeks, so I ended up not using those new glasses and prescription. I recently had a frightening experience requiring an urgent visit to Nashville Eye Center after getting a large piece of metal embedded in my eye. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredible. They were extremely professional, calm, and reassuring. They skillfully removed the large metal fragment and then, demonstrating meticulous care, even had to drill away smaller residual particles.
