Poor management threatens tenants with 100% every apartment that never happen and most maintenance visits are days late or no show. If it were a 3 story building it would probably collapse due to the poor plumbing. They need mold detectors

Best income based Apartments in Broken Arrow/Tulsa area. The office staff are proffesional, friendly and they all actually care for their residents. They do alot of activities for the kids. I can't wait for the pool opening party!!

If I could give a negative I would they so unprofessional.They do not fix things promptly they can't keep workers or maintenance ppl.my apartment has been leaking with water all week no one has yet too come out no matter how many times I've called or went into the office its pathetic..its ghetto here definitely think twice before coming here.the apartment itself is nice but good luck with everything eles
