I had used them for 15 years for my large and small animals. Today I called them because my labs had gotten into a porcupine, their office was open at 9AM. I called at 9:03 AM and was told they could not see them and referred us elsewhere. I understand they no longer take care of large animal, Craig Smith is the best!, but now I will be taking my small animal business elsewhere. Extraordinary care, kindness, compassion and everything is always clearly explained to me. I have had pets for 50 years and they are the best.
I have been breeding Jack Russell shorties for over 15 years. The staff at Nashoba has been compassionate and respectful. They truly care about the animals. I have had about 93 puppies, go for tail docking, puppy shots and worming. They take care of my own dogs (8), yes, I have a kennel license. I can not say enough positive things about this practice. I also, have horses (money pits). They come to the farm and take excellent care of my animals.
We are leaving town and have always received excellent care from the team.
These folks are excellent. every one. pragmatic and compassionate. fair prices too.
