The entire staff at NVVH is wonderful. They are caring, compassionate and deeply committed to the work they do. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Craig and Dr. Sarah.
We have been going to NVVH for years, and they have always been great with our pets. Recently, we had to put down 2 dogs - one in April due to kidney failure, and one in September due to lymphoma. Dr. Sarah was especially compassionate, right through the whole process - even going above and beyond to help us try to save our babies... Thank you so much.
They tool very good care or my pitbull that had gotten into a fight with his cousin - another pit. They were very caring and he felt very comfortable being around the staff. It was nice not to feel judged by the breed we chose to rescue. :)
The Doctors and staff at Nashoba Valley Vet always go the extra mile to help their clients. I am fortunate to have them to take care of my 3 dogs and cat.
I can't say enough good things about Nashoba Valley Vetinary Hospital. My family has used them for over 25 years for both dogs and cats. The professionalism and compassion shown by the entire staff is outstanding - especially Dr. Smith. He is truly amazing at what he does. He genuinely cares for the animals and their owners. I will never go anywhere else. They're the BEST!

I have been bringing our pets here for 24 years - three cats and 4 dogs over the years. They have always been wonderful to us. I am a bit disappointed that when I called today I have to wait two weeks for an appointment for routine shots but then realized this is school vacation week so perhaps they are a vet short? Anyway, this is not an emergency and I am willing to wait rather than go somewhere else. I value loyalty in my business and Nashoba Valley has given us so many pluses over the years that I am sticking with them.
We are new to the area. We found ticks on our dog and she had symptoms that were causing us to worry. Long story short, I called to make an appointment, explaining all this. The receptionist stated that because we were new, she couldn't be seen until a week later because current patients were priority. The fact that she didn't care about our dog's situation to even make an attempt to try to squeeze her in the same week( I called early in the week), told me what kind of vet this place is and sealed the deal for us.
