Extremely shocked to see the pharmacists and pharmacy techs at Nash’s not wearing any masks because they “choose not to”. As a health care professional it is unethical to endanger the very clients you are supposed to serve by ignoring a very simple and easy preventative action. You don’t like wearing a mask. I get it. Thank you for notifying us of your concerns. I have addressed this with the staff and they are aware they are to wear a mask or shield while waiting on customers. I am very sorry we let our guard down. Any time a complaint is filed, an incident report is written up and procedures are evaluated by the overseeing manager, employees involved and the report is filed with the business manager to evaluate and discuss with the staff and make recommendations as how to move forward with the incident and the procedure. Horrible customer service and try to rip you off
Shout out to Nash Drugs who stayed open to assure I got the medication for Eli. That is the reason that small town business rock. They go out of there way to help because their customers are their neighbors!!
