I I'm having second thoughts about Dr Naseem . When you call Dr Naseem office you cannot talk to anyone , you have to leave a message and hope someone will call you back . If you request an appointment as a new patient , You can talk to someone . I had questions about my billing and no one never returned my call . When it comes to refill in your medicine it takes seven days to refill a prescription . Forty-Eight hours to recognize it another five days to fill it. I thought this would be a good fit. However, it has been everything but. They do not call to inform appointments was canceled left vm no never returned, I was told they received my medical records to only not have them. I can go on and on. Very highly disappointed in the level of care and would not recommend. Seeking new doctor.
Do not go see this Doctor ! I am a disabled American Veteran and whenever I told him that I would not go get an epidural after a previous back surgery he didn't want to have anything else to do with me I have called several times and left message with the nurse and the manager and no one to this day has returned my calls . He has no compassion for his clients .
I have been a patient there since 2014, and am there once a month. I have 3rd degree burns on 75% of my body. Dr. Nassem and his team are wonderful, caring and always go out of their way to help with whatever needs helping. And a special shout out to his reception (all of them really) but Aubrey goes above and beyond every month for me. Thank you to the entire staff!
