I am currently trying to talk to someone while I’m writing this. I call the appointment hotline because my doctor told me on 7/1 she was going to put in a referral for neurology but she never did and now I’m trying to fix this. I have been on hold with the appointment hotline for an hour. No one has answered the phone at all. Also while I’m writing the review I can’t get any labs done or any of my medication on base. You don’t even have the correct phone number listed on your Google. When you call it, send you directly to aviation medicine, which then they give you a number that’s disconnected. The right number to schedule everything goes to a call taker then they give you the phone number to call the clinic, which is also disconnected. You need to update your phone numbers and make them available so people can call and not have to go in person to schedule an appointment for two months later..
