I love the close location to everything and if you decide to walk instead of driving by you could leave the gym goodbye and close for a bus or train ride to see more of university place or farther on to Portland for the day and return on your day out by with the friends and come back to friendly neighbors that feel so much like family and always looking out for you and that's more than the excellent score it be extraordinary and with Julie it always the best of both worlds.

Have zero complaints about this place. Julie and everyone else involved do a great job of maintaining the area, and the only work order we've had to put in after nearly a year was taken care of in 2-3 days. The area is nice, the windows are soundproof, and parking has never been an issue. This has definitely been a highly positive experience for both me and my family, and we couldn't thank you more for how great of a job you have done. If you're thinking about moving here, you will not be disappointed.
