Very nice office. Beautiful setup, clean and comfortable. Dr parks explained the procedure before during and after. To make sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions. Thank you for good care!
I recently was referred to Narrow river for a root canal retreatment. The entire building is clean, warm and welcoming and every single employee I interacted with was very friendly. They took the time to review my insurance with me and answer any questions I had financially up front. I never felt rushed and Dr. Parks was the best part of my visit. Had a root canal which I wasn't looking forward to. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole procedure was. The Dr. and staff were as professional and pleasant as could be. The office and equipment were practically new and very nice. I had zero discomfort and even fell asleep during the procedure. If you need this work I think they set the bar.
I have had root canal done before, but care and detail that I received today at Narrow River was beyond fantastic. I would recommend them for root canals above anyone else.
