Before my first visit to Narrow River Endodontics the reception area was so helpful and explained the process very clearly, arriving at 77 Toll Gate I was impressed with the decor and the cleanliness of the office as well as the friendly Staff……….met with Dr. Parks who asked questions and explained what she will be doing and kept me informed during the procedure. I recently was referred to Narrow river for a root canal retreatment. The entire building is clean, warm and welcoming and every single employee I interacted with was very friendly. They took the time to review my insurance with me and answer any questions I had financially up front. I never felt rushed and Dr. Parks was the best part of my visit. Had a root canal which I wasn't looking forward to. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the whole procedure was. The Dr. and staff were as professional and pleasant as could be. The office and equipment were practically new and very nice. I had zero discomfort and even fell asleep during the procedure. If you need this work I think they set the bar.
