Found a vehicle on Auto Trader that they had for sale. Called and put a deposit on the car by phone. When we went to look at the car on the day we agreed to - the car wasn't there. Charge was supposed to be reversed. Nothing yet. Probably should have looked up the Google and Facebook reviews about this place before engaging. Yikes.
Extremely unprofessional hung up on me twice today because they sold us a lemon with an obvious fake inspection

It's been a week since we bought our Superduty truck. Like most used vehicles once you drive it you may find some minor issues, when we did we have found them to be very responsive and very helpful. Unless something changes, this will be our dealer for used trucks for time to come.
Bought a 2008 GMC Acadia there and told him repeatedly I needed it safe for my kids to be on he said he'll get it inspected when I test drive it it was doing something weird with the brakes and making a clunking noise over bumps he said that's how it rides and the brakes had rust that would eventually wear off. Run run these are ALL junk auction vehicles that have NOT been Serviced as they state in their adds. Unless washing a car constitutes servicing? Don't say you where not WARNED...
Went there for a car with cash in hand. Took a test drive check engine light comes on. Tells me we'll fix it, week later still waiting for car to be ready, supposedly bad fuel pumps. Meanwhile I'm driving a rental waiting. When asked when it will be ready his response "buy another car if you have too", why do you think I was looking for a car in the first place. I bought a car here almost 3 months ago and it had a problem with the blend door (heat & ac ) I asked the salesman about this issue and he said he knew about it & thought it would go away!!! He gave me the run around to get it fixed...finally took my car for 3 days and never fixed it! Now it's going to cost me about $1,000 to fix!...now 3 mths later find out the transmission is going also!!!
