Saw the reviews and thought this vet sounded really good, considering most reviews were five stars. Was very disappointed with the care. Brought my bearded dragon into this vet about 2 years ago, I’m still to this day so upset with how we were treated. The vet insisted that her husbandry was set up incorrectly (wouldn’t look at pictures or the temps I had written down) and that she had a vitamin deficiency, it was the only thing that would make her eyes swell and leak. Narra staff are extremely friendly and professional. The exam rooms are clean and comfortable. Dr. Deena is knowledgeable and she kept me informed on the cost of every option. She gave me a break down how much medications would cost from various distributors, the food types available and the impact they would have on my babies, and even alternative clinics that may have resources/supports that they couldn’t offer. I can’t express enough how kind and compassionate this clinic and their staff were to our family. My son’s (age 4) hamster had to be seen urgently and put to sleep. The staff were so kind and calm with my kiddo while he processed the loss of a pet at such a young age. Their staff communicated with me through text while on their lunch break to get my intake done faster and wasted no time helping us make the right decision for our family pet so her no longer suffer.
