I agree that service is painfully slow. On one night, I was told that the appetizer sampler (Narita Sampler) was not even available -- because they were "short-staffed" -- unless I agreed to wait.
Really, really slow which is unfortunate because the food is good.
Avoid! unacceptably slow! We waited over an hour. When we complained the waitress told us the wait was reasonable. Uh, I don't think so! It's worse that they don't realize they have a problem!
Good sushi, but very very slow. Make sure you allow enough time.
