If I could give less than 1 star, I would. 4735 22nd AVE NE APT 2... DO NOT LIVE HERE. My entire apartment was molding over by the day which I had to clean. There was some sort of gap in the foundation which was allowing tons of water to be stored in the walls and then just seep down into my room. I tried to get any kind of compensation from them to help with my damages and they after they let me out of my lease early and gave me back my last months rent and deposit, they tried to say that the mold was my fault.
