Thank-you for sharing the golden milk recipe. I love golden milk having had it at yoga camp but I didn't have Yogi Bhajan's recipe.

Thank you so much Dr Khalsa. You're amazing. I'm enjoying my first cup of Golden Milk right now and it's delicious! I made mine with: 1 tsp Coconut Oil, 1 1/4 c Organic Plain/Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1/2 tsp turmeric paste then I added 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste and 1 tsp Light Agave Syrup. It is DIVINE! I love the calming taste and cannot wait to reap the wonderful benefits. I suffer so much from Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Degenerative Disc Disease etc. Thank you for your video and commentary Peace to you~ Christin Baer

I have been using the tumeric paste for over a week and I can tell a huge difference. I have degenerative arthritis in my back, hips and knees. In the morning my hip would hurt so bad that I could hardly get out of bed , since I've been using the paste, twice a day, there is no pain in my hip. It has made such a difference in my whole body. Thank you so much!!
