This was by far the worst experience I’ve had using Turo. The host operates out of a car lot that also doubles as a “Turo Hub,” but they do not follow Turo’s guidelines or reflect the values of the platform. From the start, the experience was uncomfortable and borderline invasive. Got a family suv very nice customer service and good payments all wish they didnt lie about brakes being recently changed bought 1 month ago and they started giving out 2 weeks ago but thank god we don’t use it everyday just make sure you take time and take a good look at at the vehicles 🤭
