So I've eaten a lot of sushi in my life, but I have to say the food here is some of the very best. The environment is great, but the staff is by far the best in SF. The omakase offerings are incredible.
Amazing food, good service, and friendly ambiance. Our local friends brought us here, and now it's our favorite sushi spot when we are in the city.
I have eaten a lot of sushi and nigiri in my day...in Tokyo and Honolulu, but the fish served at Nara in the middle of the Lower Haight is simply the best! Such care is taken in the presentation of each dish. Beautiful, creative and most of all, delicious. The chefs truly take pride in their work and we benefit from their talent.
