They are all so friendly and help with any questions you have! They also do detailed test to see if there are any underlying problems with your eyes. I only started wearing glasses a year ago, so I had no idea what to expect. I would definitely recommend them!
They didnt accept either of my insurances and didnt tell me until AFTER the appointment, I was forced to pay out of pocket and am now worrying about the bills I needed that money for. Do not expect them to be honest about that make sure to ask even if they are asking for your insurance cards and numbers making it seem like they do.
NFE is the best! They did everything possible to make my visit informative and pleasant. Dr. Minnich always is so good at explaining everything and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend them to any of my family members or friends.
Always friendly staff and great service! Really appreciate how quickly Dr Minnich helped me through Telehealth with my itchy allergy-ridden eyes, on a Sunday even. I wasn't expecting a call until Monday but really appreciate not having to wait until then.

Welcoming, kind, caring staff. Dr Minnich takes time to explain everything and very professional. Excellent establishment to get what you need for your overall eye health care.
My daughter Charlotte was born at 29 weeks and there have been some concerns with her vision since. For the first 2.5 years we had to take her to an office in South Bend to be seen as no local eye doctors would see her. I was told to check out Nappanee Family and from the initial phone call the whole office has been amazing. Charlotte did great and the staff was AMAZING with her. Definitely glad that my family was referred to NFE!
Nappanee Family Eyecare has a very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone that works there treats you respectfully, is very helpful, and makes sure you get your questions answered. I drive 1/2hr (one way) to go to here and it is worth the drive.
