I visited Napolis for take out of the Antipasta Salad. Weve always loved it. This time however, they had changed it to a bowl of lettuce with a little ( and I do mean little) bit of ham & cheese rolled up and thrown on top. It was nothing like their salad usually is. I mentioned it to them and they didnt seem to care that I was not happy with the hap-hazzard way it was thrown together or the obvious change. For awhile, we ate here every Friday and were trying to look past the inept service (we often were never offered a refill, and my husband would sometimes get up and refill his OWN drink when he was dying of thirst) but the last time we were there, the owners daughter waited on us and was so rude we decided never to go back. They probably lost at least \$200 a month from us due to bad service. We now drive out to Lanna Thai in Pantego, where the service is excellent.
Dad used to take me to this place while I was a soph. & Jr. at Mansfield High and it was just great! The waitress new exactly what we wanted every time, Chicken Spinach Lasagna w/ salad (house dressing, yummy) for me and the combo Trio for Dad. Recommend it without a doubt. The place is ran by a family and theyre very very nice.
This place is kind of hidden but it is the best Italian food in Mansfield. The food has a lot of flavor and is closer to original Italian than the chain places nearby. They also have some good lunch specials.

This is what a family restaurant is all about. My wife and I wanted to have a European style big lunch and found Napoli. My wife had the Chicken Rossini and I had the Chicken Parmigiana. We also had Mussels Marinara as an appetizer. Everything from the salads (outstanding house Italian dressing) to the garlic bread with cheese was excellent and the people were warm and friendly. We will be back for dinner. Sated couple in Arlington.
Excellent!!!!! Only one waiter at a very busy time, but he was sooooo nice and didnt mess up any order. They need one more server. But the food is just the best!!! Loved it and will go back next time Im in Mansfield.
