best place for pizza, good and crisp and loaded. Also their Pastafagioli Soup is as good as made in Italy. They have also done some catering for us, and Terry is the best and the calzone went first. russ

Its nice to have Napolis right around the corner from our house, in fact we just went there about an hour ago. The food is good, better than the Olive Garden not so sure about Carinos just yet. The service is below average. Terry needs to delagate and make sure his staff is moving. Refills are slow to come if at all and getting the bread to the table is no easy task. He needs to teach everyone who comes out of the kitchen and onto the floor to look at the tables and see if the customers looks like they need something. I woul... read more

dirty table and dirty wine glasses greeted us when we arrived. Prices have gone up substantially from there old location. Charge \$2 extra for olive oil with your bread !?! Their prices are higher than Macaroni Grill and Napoli doesnt come close to matching ambiance, food or service. Will not go back!

Went to Napolis first time based on reviews. Was disappointed in the food. Ordered Chicken Picata which was served with dry and sticky spegatti. Food lacked hearty taste for an Italian place. Wont go back.

My girlfriend and I just ate here tonight after reading some positive reviews. And we are glad we did. There were some negatives, my girlfriends order came out cold and the crust on my pizza was soggy. However, if your more in to taste and great service then this is the place. Positives- The rolls are absolutely great and can tell they are homemade. The pizza was very thin and alfredo sauce was really good on the pizza, my gfs food was very good as well after they brought her a new place that was hot (but not microwave hot..... read more
