They have the worst customer service skills. their employees are thieves. my order was incomplete due to one of the employees stole the dessert from the order and when made them aware of the situation there was no apology for the inconvenience nor was there an offer to provide an additional dessert or compensat provided for having to go back and get the missing item.

I have tried 3 different times around 5 pm to order food. Each and every time I was placed on hold and the guy never came back to the phone. when I call back he says please hold. I never had a chance to tell him what a JERK he is. WHO THE HELL DOES HE THINK HE IS!!??. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. IF THIS IS THE MANAGER HE NEEDS TO CLOSE SHOP! JERK .
Not the first time. But I called to place an order for delivery and they had me on hold for 35 minutes after a while I’m only 10 minutes away I drove down there just to see how busy they were there was no one in the restaurant and I was standing there when they finally answered the phone I asked him what took so long to answer the phone since he only has five phone. Employees are so rude. I ordered and paid online. Went to pick up my order and the employee told me I didn't placed my order there, that I needed to get my mone back from Grubhub and she canceled my order. Refused to give me my money back and wouldn't give me my food. This was after being on hold for 45 minutes trying to place a phone order before ordering online. DONT ORDER.
the worst service ever. we ordered ther pizza and waited 50. came back and told me to wait another 15 minutes because wasn't ready. they forgot to do my orfer. not recomend it.
Very bad customer service the owner is rude and flirty.. He is inappropriate. The restaurant was dirty and there was dry spit on windows. The women who prep the food have no hair net or gloves on while preparing food. I will never go back the guy is jerk and should be out business..
They wings are very juicy and delicious! They are the BEST! The fries are amazing to!
poor service. poor management. waited 20 minutes to place order without anyone in line. when order was received it was made wrong. triple decker with turkey yet no turkey. nickel and dimed at all times. management rude
