We just had it for the first time. The food is amazing. The flavor OMG found my new place for everything!!!! Oh it's open 24/7 even better!!!!
I'm very disappointed in the establishment of Napoli pizza the attitude and the food very unsatisfactory very, very, very disappointed I spent 56.00 not happy with it don't recommend dining there or getting delivery again !!!!!!
The Pizza was great! The Cannoli, however, was comedically small for how expensive it was. I paid 3.99 for a Cannoli that was basically the size of a finger. The place two blocks from my house has better Cannoli 3 for 5 bucks. Will probably go back for the Pizza, but not the dessert.
First time I have ever ordered from here... Spent $30 on a pizza and it was delivered cold.. Was quoted an hour on delivery and it showed up in 35 minutes.. That's the good part.. Bad part, it was cold... Delivery was from the Warm Springs location. Spoke to manager on duty this evening at 0130 on 15 Jun 2016 and all I got was a lame ass excuse on why it was cold. No apologies at all. So.. You fail... At least the big box chains can deliver a HOT pizza in their quoted time. Amateurs...
I placed an order online to the Henderson location of of Warm Springs Rd at 7:58pm, it's been an hour and 23 minutes and still no food. I ordered one plate of wings. I wouldn't suggest ordering from here unless you plan on eating hours later. Very frustrated.
$5.50 to deliver bad food. Don't waste your money.

The best authentic pizza outside of New York. Cannot go wrong with Napoli's.
The manager is rude, my food was burnt and i informed the manager and he said thats how they cook it, it wasn't burnt it was well done and he told me that its just me. The Napoli pizzaria on Nellis sucks!!!!!!!!!
