We order lunch on a red regular from them on Saturdays and this Saturday the food was not what we ordered. When calling to explain they made it wrong we got attitude for it and then was told to bring it back. This is not something we can do with our job on a Saturday. To me this is poor customer service and no lt a place I would recommend. If I could post a picture of the chicken fingers I would. The fingers were hard and dry when I offered medium fingers, hard to eat. my co worker ordered plain wings and they were hot.
RecommendedAs usual the food was amazing but the service is what I want to praise today!! The staff went above and beyond to provide Napoli’s newest fan with a birthday party that was safe and a good time. They accommodated our group of 35 at 7 socially distanced tables. They courteously explained that if we were up from the table we needed to wear our masks. They were always there to meet any need. I could go on and on. We travel from Illinois to see our family in Vegas and we ALWAYS enjoy our trip to Napoli Pizzeria. Thanks again!!!
Just decided to try Napoli's pizza & restaurant...ordered a lunch special #2 Stromboli with a drink. Paid for it and took my drink to my car to wait. Well, the "Boss" brought the Stromboli out to my car...he did not need to do this but that's what you call "great customer service". Went home, opened the box to find a good looking Stromboli with 2 servings of the sauce (didn't request this, they just added it cause the Stromboli needed two) and then ate 1/2 of the Stromboli....oh my goodness!!! Gyro salad was excellent and the large section of menu items.
