Carlos has been a rare find in the midst of so many choices in the city. He was available the same day to come and right off the bat was immediately able to diagnose the problem. Throughout the repair, he was very amiable while being sincere with wanting to help. He also took the time to explain in depth the technical issues and was honest and transparent with the options we have. I would absolutely recommend him/his business to anyone looking for a fairly priced, fast, and expert repair for HVAC services.
Carlos from Napoles did an amazing job coming out the same I called him to check out my units fan not spinning anymore. He did his diagnostic and cleaned my unit since the pervious company didn’t do a great job. Came the next day with the new part and replaced it with ease. Thank you again Carlos.

Our AC gave out on us! Napoles Heating & Air helped me and my fiance out so quickly and efficiently. He gave us multiple options, especially some more cost effective ones, and helped us fix our AC. I would reccomend these services to anyone who asked. 👍
