Dianna introduced herself to Harlan and said she was a cheerleader with our daughter, Michele, when in high school. Evidently, she was excellent in cleaning his teeth for he commented on that as soon as he arrived home. He also said that Dr. Carpenter was as nice as ever. And, of course, he had to comment on Pretty Lisa Brown. He only knows her by knowing the Brown family and always comments on her and the rest of the girls in the office for they always look so nice and treat everyone with a BIG smile. My visit with Dr. Carpenter and his team was excellent!! I called at 8am to see if they could see me for tooth pain and they got me in at 8:30. I was instantly greeted with a beautiful waiting area and receptionist smiles. Emily greeted me and took my information and was with me through the whole procedure. Dr. Gamble and the Dental Excellence Staff provide a great dental experience. Very casual, yet professional. There is nothing I would change.
I always jumped around to different offices as a child and never had my own dentist. I have been to Dental Excellence to see Micheal Carpenter twice now and they have been great experiences. All the workers are extremely polite with a smile on their face, greeting you from every corner. You can help yourself to complimentary water/juice in a fridge or coffee from a keurig machine and before you leave they delicious cookies set out that they bake everyday.
