Everyone I came in contact with was professional and personable. It let me know my first appointment wasn't a fluke, your team is always on its toes!
Just frustrated with situation.
When I arrived and tried to check in, the 2 girls at the desk did not look up or greet me. When they did acknowledge me, they were friendly, but I felt sort of ignored at first. The dental hygienist, Melissa was great.
