I would say it's just mediocre. The doctors are not tuned into your child's specific needs because they are over- run with patients! They just want to run in- and prescribe antibiotics. That's it! They don't take the time to know your children. With that said Dr. Estes is the best doctor. He actually takes time to see what could be going on. The office staff are all rood- and need great lessons on how to have people skills without being smug and having an attitude. You never know someone's situation - so don't judge!
So over having to wait every time I bring my kid and watch 6 people called back who came AFTER us. I think it's finally time to switch, been here 15 years bc we love Dr. Senentz, but the staff I can't take any longer.
It's the best clinic ever they really take their time with the kids to make sure they understand what they feeling to make them all better !!
Love my kids doctor dr Tammy shes sweet and caring and always give them treats lol the staff not to much they seem to be engaged in each other conversation and dont see you or just in another world
