Went into wiengartz and for 20 minutes the salesman encouraged me to buy a specific trimmer. it turned out it was not in stock. I called Napolean L And L. Dave told me the same trimmer was on back order. I asked him if he could reccomend another model. He reccomend a lesser priced model.whem I asked him the difference, he explained it was the same as the model that I asked about except the shaft is shorter. the model wiengartz recommended accommodates people over 6 feet. Ordered everything I needed online. Kyle confirmed when all the parts were in. I was helped within 3 minutes of walking in by John. Everything had been set aside in a box waiting for me. Ordered the wrong filters and was able to exchange them for the correct ones easily with Matt when I came back. Great experience.
Went in because I needed a couple replacement keys for my lawnmower. I was greeted as soon as I came in even though they were rather busy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Absolutely best customer service. Walk in and Tim or John always go out of their way to say hello and thank you. Another great they keep records of all serial and model numbers of purchases...essential when you need parts
