Brought my car in for an engine check light. Was told I needed spark plugs and coils-$2600.00 later. Went home engine check light on again. Went back and was told $1800.00 more for one injector. Left and when to my local Goodyear, they checked the codes and found that the code were never erased. The car thought it was still malfunctioning, Goodyear reset codes car is fine. BEWARE OF NAPELTON HYUNDA THEY ARE ONLY THERE TO SEPERATE YOU FROM YOUR MONEY, THEY DONE CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR.

Terrible service! They don't answer phones, deliver messages, or return calls. Their phone system is automated ie press 1 for maintenance, et cetera, then never answer, takes messages and they never call back. When you reach an operator they tell you, or at least that's what the salesman told me on two occasions. I bought a new hyundai elantra, and sixty days Later, one of the tires developed to bubble on the side wall. They refused To replace the tire for free saying I did not have tire coverage. Buyer beware they bait and switch and pass Used Cars off as Certifiec Pre Owned and they arent. Got scammed by a guy named Jason Tanner who didnt even know that CPO cars come with 2 keys and 2 fobs and that free Sirus XM radio for 3 months is part of the CPO package. I questioned it after I bought the car and he handed me a bare key,no opener nothing he said that's how they got the car. WTH I have to fight for Key fobs??I then checked on Hyundai website and found what is required for Hyundai CPO cars and my car fit none. Sol... read more
