We bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra! We received excellent service from all involved! Matt Devine was our salesman( Hopefully I got that correct) he did an excellent job and was very courteous and helpful! All of the finance staff that assisted were fantastic and knowledgeable as well! We would highly recommend buying from any of the Napletons Dealerships!
Called got a quote..got there over an hour away and they tried to add over $2500 of add-ons on exact car that I had shopped. would not honor the phone deal. BUYER BEWARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! I was so angry I walked out. My sale was an easy sale. Then they try and cal today to offer the price I wanted. They are shady and have no customer service. They lost a sale on a 2020 Platinum Highlander. Crown Toyota took great care of us.
