Bought a brand new 2025 VW ID4 in February 2026. Steering wheel slightly off center to the right. Brought in with about 1300 miles, they told me alignment was not off, that I would have to pay for them to take the steering off and realign, since I didn't purchase extended warranty. Doesn't make sense since I bought the car new. Brought the car back at under 4000 miles to check again, because after more than 4 months of driving, the steering wheel is DEFINITELY slightly off center. Matt and the service center staff are to be COMMENDED for replacing my new headlight. (One of the new replacements allowed moisture in after only 5½ months). Everyone was so friendly, and the job was completed in only about 40 minutes!!! I'm double-pleased that it didn't cost me anything, since there was a warranty on those VERY expensive headlights. Whew!
Just went in for a check engine light, provided shuttle service, all services were performed satisfactorily and under warranty, overall a pleasant experience!
Today my daughter wanted to look for a used car. The nicest salesman (Ron) helped her (under my watchful eye) test drive several cars. When she finally found the one she liked, Ron helped her. He never pressured her but politely guided her. This was the very best car buying experience of my lifetime. I will buy my next car from Ron! You should too. By the way the finance guy was as nice as Ron.
