You won't find a more knowledgeable and courteous service department than Napleton Volkswagen. They know the vehicles they service very well. Moreover, they deliver on their promises when it comes to doing the work correctly and on time. I am generally reluctant to take a car to what some derisively refer to as the "dealership" for maintenance and repair because of the significant price premium over non-dealership service facilities. This review will not come close to how appreciative I am of this place! I tried 3 other lots that ran me through the wringer! Brian was great and I can't say enough about Bill Hall the loan officer that got me one heck of a deal! He went above and beyond show me where I stay with my credit and got me the deal that was best for me and my husband do we have been looking for and praying for! There is not another lot that I will go to in the future they are my one and only go to!
Ron and Bill were both amazing to work with! Very kind and genuine. This dealership deserves 10 stars!!!
