I had a Volkswagen Jetta delivered by carvana. It test drove fine but the second time I drove it the engine light, and several other warning lights, came on. I took it to get a diagnostic and the results showed that it would most likely be expensive to repair everything. I was so anxious, frustrated and upset but I called Napleton VW to see if the issues were under warranty. They got me in that same day, got a proper diagnostic, and fixed everything within an hour. I had a great test drive experience here with salesman John Bradley. I visited the dealership a few times during my vehicle search, and it was a really friendly and low-pressure environment. I ultimately purchased a vehicle elsewhere because Napleton didn't have what I wanted on the lot, and it seemed like they weren't going to have a lot of price flexibility in a dealer trade. The process of buying the car was ok. The service department, aside from Kendra, was terrible. When I was ready to sell the car, I asked if they’d be interested in it. They weren’t. Then when we sold it, we worked directly with VW to cancel the extended warranty and VW said we’d get a refund directly from Napleton. My husband called to check on the status and was treated poorly by the Finance Manager Mr.Hall who wants him to jump through hoops and resubmit the same paperwork we’ve already sent in to VW.
