I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander from Napleton a year ago. I have brought it back for 2 oil changes now and have been extremely impressed with how amazing the people are there. I hope I don’t need a new car again for a long time but I would definitely go back to Napleton again!

Friendly, professional, fiduciary, kind, patient. These are a few of a litany of positive words I could use to describe our experience here at Napleton. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave; the staff makes you feel welcome and cared for unlike many dealerships I've been to. Purchased my 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor from dealership that has always been amazing with precision of issues. I don't like the outcome of the diagnosis, but they tend to be correct. Matt is easy to work with and tech Preston is creative when parts do not exist anymore, (parking safety cable for the shifter). Engineer should be forced to service vehicles before designing them! *Vehicle would be rated 5 stars according to the internet, but is downgraded due to Service, complexities and expenses!
