I have gotten my VW serviced here several times. They are kind, helpful, quick, and very knowledgeable. Nathan always goes above and beyond to everytime! He is the one I have gotten the pleasure of dealing with the most and I appreciate all he does every time. He is super easy to work with! Anyone I have worked with in my the dealership and service department has been amazing. I purchased my Atlas at a dealership in St.Louis. Napleton Volkswagen of Springfield is the best. Jeff, Damon, and Bill are all amazing people! They worked with my sister and I, and got us both exactly what we were looking for! Jeff specifically helped me with my fusion, and I can’t thank him enough! They all have amazing character, exactly what you’d want to work with while looking for a car. I would definitely recommend them.
Showed up at 11:30 from out of town with a rough running rough shifting 2021 Passat . They got us in and repaired within a couple of hours. Good job Napleton (we bought the passat from you in 2021) We knew we picked a good Dealer. Thanks again
Stay away from Damon Adcock. He is somehow a manager.. I still can’t believe I bought a car from this place with that guy having an influence. Bradley Johnson was super great but both my wife and I did not like Damon and dealing with him. Hardest part is we love our car..
