I brought my vehicle in for a repair and was told the job would take no more than 2.5 hours. When I received the final invoice, I was surprised to see a much higher labor charge at $999.8— but nowhere on the invoice were the actual labor hours or hourly rate disclosed. When I asked for clarification, I was told only that the labor was increased and “logged in the system,” with no further explanation. On Saturday April 19 at 315 pm I had an appointment to have the technician run a diagnostic on my radio. I had spoken with ***** at drop off and informed him the issue that Ive had, including what Ive already done to resolve the radio cutting out issue. I had received my text of work getting started at 420 pm, nearly an hour after my appointment. With your shop closing at 5 I knew this was going to be a very disappointing diagnostic. Bought a used ********** Lancer in 8/24/24 as my daily. Drove it within 24 hours gas smells and brought it back 8/26/24 for them to check. They said they did not find it. After a week I brought it back to them because it was really bad its making me dizzy. They found the leak from the fuel tank. Had them fix it. They stated they replaced the gas tank and fuel filler neck. Got the car back and when I fill up the tank it spills and burp before the gas pump clicked.
