Be careful if you are shopping online or out of state. I was promised that a car could be held for me to purchase. I booked a flight and hotel, filled out the financing application, and later received a text that the car had been sold. Turns out it had already been promised to another customer, but both the sales person and the inventory manager I worked with were unaware. Either completely shady or terrible internal communication. Either way I will not be purchasing from them.
ASK FOR GABRIEL!!! Gabriel was excellent! He helped me find the perfect car, within my budget and I received all the add ons and protections. Gabriel’s attention to detail and ability to connect with me made this experience far different than any other car buying experience I’ve had. He is educated on car specs but ensures that the information is digestible to the client. He made me feel seen and valued.
great staff, service was quick and they even delivered my vehicle back to my home at no cost. Will keep coming back
Great service
I would give negative stars if I could. I asked to be put on the do not call list 3 times in 2 days, opted out of text and emails yet they continued to call and opt me back in to texts. Horrendous business. I had only heard terrible things about Napleton but now that has been confirmed.
