Extremely Disappointing Experience Doing business with Napleton Italian Imports has been a terrible and frustrating experience. Buying a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Maserati from this dealership has been one disappointment after another. The problems started before I even drove the car off the lot. I purchased a car from here recently, everyone here is kind, helpful and supportive. Gabriel was my sales guy and he is absolutely amazing!! He was not pushy or overbearing, he was patient and he listened. Be careful if you are shopping online or out of state. I was promised that a car could be held for me to purchase. I booked a flight and hotel, filled out the financing application, and later received a text that the car had been sold. Turns out it had already been promised to another customer, but both the sales person and the inventory manager I worked with were unaware. Either completely shady or terrible internal communication. Either way I will not be purchasing from them.
