This dealership was not as honest as I expect a dealership to be. I called for a Ford Explorer and they willingly asked me to come in and see the car. They showed the car to someone else before me who almost wanted to purchase the vehicle so I drove 41 miles only to recognize that they used the other customer as bargaining chip to sell high. Vehemently dishonest! :(
Very good service at Napleton. Salesmen come out to see if he can help with anything. He let me alone to see all the SUV on the lot. The sales manager was able to give an offer that I was not able to decline for a 2019 Ford Escape With low miles. I will recommend this dealer to anyone that need to buy a car, SUV, or truck They are always outside on the lot to help all customer. Great work Napleton Ford Libertyville.

Don't bother coming to this dealer ! first visit had a appointment for a test drive (2014 Kia Forte EX ) upon arrival I was told car was sold and turned away with no notice of sale , second visit for same car ( because it wasn't sold ) vehicle is in terrible and unsafe condition . Tires were dry rotted and one is ready to pop , windshield has a big grove in it , sway bar on front end is bad , one power window does not work . I sent in a requist Wesnsday with phone number for a video call of walk around. Late Thursday A internet person emailed I said I was on my way to Chicago and did not live by there and was going to be in town until Sunday. Says manger says car was being detailed and would not be ready to sell until Tuesday. Why send money to advertise somthing when you are not ready to sell it.
