So far so good... Caleb in parts has been goong out of his way to help us out 5☆ ... -1☆ For the dealership prices though for the owner, parts prices shouldn't be double the price of local stores...
Took my CRV for an oil change. Service didn’t inform me that they had to put an angle grinder to make a slot on a corroded bolt, that they then REINSTALLED… haha. Parts desk was kind enough to give me a handful of free bolts so I can replace appropriately. That kinda irritated me but it’s minor.
This is our 3rd new car purchase from Napleton's. Devan did a great job explaining all the vehicles options and John Azpuru gave us a great deal on this purchase. We have had nothing but good experiences with Napelton's service department and will continue to do all our vehicle needs with them.
