I was extremely disappointed in this establishment. I recently purchased a user a Mercedes from here and the entire experience was a nightmare. I have called multiple times to express my concerns on the issues I am having with my vehicle and no one returns calls. They were using the vehicle I bought as a personal work vehicle and did not add the 2000 miles they put on the car.
I had a great experience I was working out of town my vehicle was being serviced Nick reached out promptly. They did exactly what I paid for and more with their exceptional customer service.

Updated Review: 7.26.25 My original 1-star review reflected my frustrating purchase experience—mainly due to serious missteps by the finance team. The errors and lack of communication cost me time, energy. That said, my sales rep Dan Dimitri was the one bright spot—professional, patient, and five-star worthy from the beginning.
