Had a great experience with Waseem at Mercedes… He was super respectful and patient, really took the time to understand what I was looking for and what fit my budget. Def Didn’t feel act like usual pushy salesmen, just an honest and transparent. Made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend him.

Not upfront with their Service pricing!!!! Manager and Service associate switched pricing for my B service to a higher price after I told them I have a coupon from another Mercedes dealer rather than giving me their regular price. Was able to get service another dealer for a much lower price. Buyer beware!
My last service experience was excellent, 5 stars!! Theresa coordinated the multiple areas of concern, and was very mindful of cost. If your Mercedes needs service, go to Napleton and ask for Theresa!
Waseem was amazing to work with. He explained the vehicle’s special features and was thorough. He was patient and helped make the decision process easy.
