Went for a safety recall on our Alfa Romeo. Gary took us right away and service was completed within promised window. They also gave us a quote as promised on the brake pedal which has been coming loose. Even washed the car afterwards. We were very pleased!
Unfortunately my experience was below average. The vehicle that was purchased had been listed throughout multiple websites with 11.5K miles listed. When I arrived the vehicle had registered an additional 3K miles which was never mentioned to me before I made my way there. The dealership did not take any ownership of their false advertisement and could care less. Extremely disappointing treatment and hope that Mercedes does take that into consideration when they review their dealers and interactions with customers.

I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I am from suburban chicago and came here (passing 3 dealerships in the process) because I have heard such good things about it. MIKE RICH AND WASSEEN (sp) were so helpful. I am excited for my car. They made this very pleasant. I was greeted everything was explained the hole process was laid out to me. I have recently told my friends and family about this dealership and how mike and rich were great to work with
I was extremely disappointed in this establishment. I recently purchased a user a Mercedes from here and the entire experience was a nightmare. I have called multiple times to express my concerns on the issues I am having with my vehicle and no one returns calls. They were using the vehicle I bought as a personal work vehicle and did not add the 2000 miles they put on the car.
