We come here every time we’re in Anaheim. Our server was amazing! The support staff was not nearly as good as our waitress. She was sat 5 tables back to back to back. Running her butt off however, when our pizza was brought to our table, no fresh parmesan cheese was offered, it took 15 minutes to get bread and oil/balsamic, only after our server mentioned it to the guy who’s job it was. Management seemed on edge and not very supportive.
EDITED: Also they contacted you in private offering you how they can improve and when you reply they’re read your message and that’s it! NEVER AGAIN! And I will put this on Yelp too ! We used to love this restaurant, its pastas and pizza were the best. But since December last year (2018) we started noticing a change, dry, smaller pastas, under cooked pizzas, dirty cutlery & glasses, sticky floors, stuff like that. We wanted to have lunch today, we were a party of eight and the hostess told us they could not acommodate us together even though the restaurant was half empty. She argued she could not get a second big party for only one waiter. We have never seen this before in any restaurant in the world. So thank you! You let us know the best restaurant at Disney downtown.... NOT Naples!
