Dealer was great.
Great experience with John L and Naples Mazda. John was very responsive, fair, and diligent. We worked out most of the deal prior to my arrival, allowing for a smooth pickup.
They responded quickly and iwassble to pay off my trade with them and buy the car I liked. The provide an excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you.
Price not advertised...Add ton of fees, looking at $3-5K higher than list price
Horrible experience. Communication at its lowest. You get bounced around from sales person to salesperson. Not once numbers discussed are same as advertised. Go elsewhere-alert real buyers( DO NOT BUY FROM NAPLES MAZDA) . Less than one star!!!
Salesperson contacted me but the car was not a fit.
Price quoted on the car I test drove did not include dealer fees of $4-5,000 added to the quoted price to arrive at the total purchase price.
This dealer was very nice & helpful. Although I was only looking at this for a friend.
would not tell me what the dealer fees are I asked two different times they must be high???
