This New Yorker is picky. The pizza is good, the cannoli are even better. But I'm here to review our server Jonathan. Not only was his service excellent but his great table side manner put huge smiles on our faces. His sincerity was the key. You can tell he enjoys the people he serves and we enjoyed watching him work.
I've been eating at Naples for years ! Tonight was the worse experience ever !! The food was way below their usual , sweet tea was very watered . Server wasn't concerned at all that our experience was less than usual, manager gave .99 cents off my soup because it was horrible but let me know it won't happen next time ! I took 2 bites and put it aside !!! so disappointing ! Won't go back !!!
