My family have been long time customers, and have had great food, and excellent service, but last night was the absolute worst. Party of 5, 4 adults and 1 child. We waited over an hour for pizza, and when delivered to our table was the wrong one. Spoke to manager who acknowledged the poor service and asked what he could do to make it better. Here is a hint NEVER ASK THE CUSTOMER, just make it right! Don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon.

This has been a family favorite for a very long time. We love to support local business. Today, I had an experience there and will never return. Ever. The manager was understanding, but the waitress was the worst I've ever had. I literally caught her talking trash and laughing at me. It took everything in my power to maintain myself... most people would have mopped the floor with her. Waited over an hour for a calzone and ended up leaving without it. The kids got their pizza... for 33 dollars... unacceptable.
Authentic homemade well priced incredible food I will never go to Olive Garden again!! Clearly the restraunt is the best Italian in lake County! Really good fast service as well!! The Sauce stuff shells where really good!! Love this family restraunt! Words are not enough very good!!!
