I paid for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and got 90 minutes of a soft weak massage where she filled a lot of time with tucking blankets and messing around in the corner followed by a long wait for my pedicure without being offered any heat wraps or special drinks besides water or tea, although others were treated well and given these things. Third visit and I have never even been told that they had other drinks to offer. My husband is a disabled veteran who lives on a fixed income. I told him to save his money from now on.... read more
RecommendedI've stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and let me say this one is really top notch. Beautiful location on the water, superior service (thank you Seth) l, a big jetted tub overlooking the water and a nice fireplace. I definitely recommend this place.

Had a lovely week at Hilton Waikiki Beach! They allowed us to move our reservation forward a week due to a cancelled cruise and COVID-19. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a great ocean view! Bed was comfortable. Only downside is we had no internet for about 12 hours and the the water got cut off for 3 hours. Great location and we would return.

Just wanted to say we enjoyed our stay ! We were there March 12 and 13 . Great hotel very clean. Wonderful staff . We hope to come back soon !
