After three years in Italy, I found myself back in Italy. Thus food is not only the best Italian food in Madison, it is wonderfully authentic. It may not be what you think of as Italian, but thus is the real deal. You can't go wrong.
Food was delicious as it was authentic Italian. I felt like I was in Italy. Atmosphere was calming and loved the music. Updated rating due to a visit on Valentine’s Day! Best Italian food I have ever had! I loved the courses! Definitely deserved 5 stars. We will be back!!!!
The best Italian restaurant in Madison! Very traditional atmosphere and flavor. Sal is the best and Sebastian at the bar does a great job!!

Every time I come to eat here I feel like I'm in my country, Italy. Chef Salvatore cooks the best Napoletan food I've ever had in my life, even better than Naples. We went with a group of 16 people tonight and had the best Red snapper of my life! I always come here and will always keep coming for the food and the atmosphere!!!

What a wonderful experience! Not only was the food terrific but Salvatore's hospitality was beyond expectations. I would recommend Naples 15 and look forward to going back soon.
The pasta with he scallop dish was raw. Not al dente, raw. The veal dish did not match the menu description. Was not worth the $40 per enteee price!. Very disappointing.
