This bakery is amazing....been coming here for years. The Eclairs are our favorite. ...and the cannolis .... and the cakes....and the cookies! Making myself hungry as I'm writing this. A+++ Naples!
Good pastries, and the employees very friendly. They have a small parking lot which is nice, especially since they are located on a busy street. The pastries are delicious.
Amazing service and the cake was perfect. When placing my order the lady was very patient with my husband and I to help us pick out our baby shower cake. Our cake was done on time and they served it with a smile. From now on I only want to order my cakes from Naples Bakery! I Hope they are around forever!
I love Naples bakery, have gotten many cakes, sweets, and a wedding cake for my daughter. The cakes were delicious and the staff and the owner Marijo were very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend Naples as the go to bakery in Evergreen Park.
Had to drive from naperville to evergreen park because the manager Mary raised her voice on the phone with my wife..they changed their cakes in the window and the cake...the one we ordered was no longer there ...she continued to argue the picture I took of the cake in their window was not what we ordered. ..What??again I showed the picture with the date and asked her would you say this is the cake we ordered and she finally said no you did not get the cake you ordered. ..why argue,why fight with a customer,and why would you ... read more
