Great and friendly staff members.
I had my vacuum repaired here 9 months ago total - $160 . Took long as he was waiting for a handle. New handle dindn't work properly. Small thing never mind. But, then the whole motor burnt out. Now repair will be $218. Discount with no labor. Has to buy a new handle though. Owner was rude, cut me off multiple times, tried to give me a vacuums 101 lesson and just plain unprofessional. I would never ever, ever use this place again. I would neither recommend it.
We came in just looking for a replacement belt for our vacuum and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had in a long time. The gentleman working was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. He even threw in an extra belt, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping customers, not just making a sale. Highly recommend this place!
