I Had an amazing pleasurable, surprised experience. The representation of this organization by a young man named Braden was one of amazement. This Young man had so much product knowledge he shocked the heck out of me. To find somebody at his age, with this much passion and knowledge of his craft was amazing. Everyone who works here is so helpful and knowledgeable! They really took the time to understand my needs and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I’m really happy with my purchase and will be returning here for maintenance/repairs!
We initially agreed on the price with this company for the sale of a batch of used vacuums. I sent my colleague to deliver them — it was a 1.5-hour drive each way. Once he arrived, they started renegotiating the price on the spot, putting us in a very uncomfortable position: either accept a loss on the deal or waste over 3 hours of travel time plus 30 minutes spent loading the items for nothing. One of the most unpleasant wholesale transaction experiences we’ve had.
The overall experience was negative. The company’s management acts solely in its own interests, disregarding the client’s position, especially when the client is in a difficult situation. There is a clear lack of customer orientation. I do not recommend doing business with them.
