I have a Miele Vacuum and George knew exactly what was wrong within minutes of hearing the noise. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them.

I bought a used carpet shampooer from a private seller and when I tried to test it, it wasn't working properly. At no cost to me, the friendly staff gave it a look-over, saw the problem, showed me how to use it and all is well! If you have any issues with your current machine, I highly recommend having these guys look at it before you buy a new one.

I thought we may have to throw away a nice vacauum, they did a great job with an inexpensive repair. Highly recommend.

Do not buy from the store. I have a friend who bought a vacuum there and he is blind in one eye. They sold him a Cordless vacuum with no charging station, we went back there to say there was no charging dock. He thought it was a floor model. She said no that was brand new in the box. I ordered him a new docking station and we couldn’t get the charging cord to fit into it and because he’s blind, he never Noticed the cord that was in the box was for a shark vacuum it said shark right on it.
